urgent help needed on front lower arm bushing...

Hi alls.

Hope its not the wrong place to post it.

I just wondering:
1) anyone can help me replacing front lower arm bushings (both sides and inner&outer)???
i just went to AA repair centre at jelicoe rd at panmure, they quote me around $250 - 280 each with 2nd hand arms. is this common practice to replace the whole arm instead the bushes alone? or its just the simplest possible way to do it?

2) anyone know someone that can do it with reasonable charge around penrose area??? (im working there, so its easier for me to pick the car up in the afternoon).

thanks all.. i need to sort these things down as soon as possible... since my wof is expired...

you can cut out old bushes and press new ones in but it takes abit of time to do.

but still cheaper then second hand arms and you get new bushes out of it.

umm... i've tried to unbolt the lower arm, but i just cant do it. i dont have the proper tools for it.

when i heard this guy (at AA service centre) explained that it is cheaper to use 2nd hand arm, its kinda surprised me. i never heard that i need to replace the whole arm just for those little bushings.

any recommendation ??? i really need to get this thing done.
