I once saw a photo with the same idea - mirror lens glasses - except the subject was a little more.....ummm.....erotic....and no, it wasn't a vehicle.

think they are like +40 rather than the usual mud honda +50 offset

The color is perfect army metalic green with a bit of browny gold but in the pics looks more forest kinda green.

, generally how long would the clear coat last? i guess environmental factors would be make a difference if you park outside or in garage.

depends on the quality of the clear cote.

If it has UV protection on it then years if not... then not too long.

really depends how you look after it.
keep it clean, and look after it and will last a long time.
like anything really.
a car i see regulary(sp) that i finished 2 years ago still looks the same as the day he picked it up. he does wash it religeously and keep it in top condition.
