You should heat wrap the up - pipe from the turbo to the intercooler. That shit is going to superheat sitting that close to the mani. Colder charge = more power.

Yaaawwn, yet another whizz bang turbo Honda...

Pretty good DIY effort though. Now all you need to do is mount your intercooler to something a little more substantial than the filler panel and grind those terrible T O Y O T A letters off your turbs and you''l be saweetah! Happy boosting!

I get the feeling it's not going to matter much with an intercooler that size. The piping on my gtx went straight past the exhaust housing, and even with just a standard VR4 ic the piping after was still cold to touch.

Are you going to HPC the manifold and plumbing??

whats that dudes name that did that fukoff burnout at nzh V toyota drags in that turbo ef9?.

hes running a fridge the same size as yours and made it to fit. your just going to have to cut a shitload out of the middle section. your piping looks like itll clear; maybe the left side of the pic may need abit of a chop.

sidenote, has anyone heard from llew lately?. trying to get hold of him to tune up this car but no luck so far.
