yes, I run 4-2-1 H22a extractors on mine no worries, 4-1 will be much harder to fit though.

a little tip, if you get a new gasket, ask for an H22a one not an F20B one, cause the one I ordered was wrong for the headers for some reason then it was too late to get another, I think its because there is more than one variation of the F20B, the SOHC version might be different?.
