| Gizzmo Honda Tuning Promotion Hey, Due to a number of phone calls from nzhonda club members we are going to run another tuning promotion. This may help those for are wanting to impress at the Auckland Autosalon by entering into the dyno challenge Also to compete in the Salon I believe a dyno sheet is required. The promotion will be run from the 1st through to the 31st of May. Bookings are essential is we are currently pretty booked The price includes a custom ECU tune. Fuel and ignition maps are tuned on the dyno to your modifications, vtec point optimised, speedcut removed, rev limit removed or increased. Dyno setup and tune $650+ gst, camz etc will be additional cost |

| Hey, You'll need to pay the dyno setup and then we'll rent the dyno, so we run it to the revs etc you want. But sorry no assistance will be given when it comes to tuning. Toyota ECU's can not be upgraded so sorry no luck there, plus this is a honda promotion ![]() |

| Hey, Whats the deal with the limited reponse, had 6 NZHONDA PPL call asking for this then no action. Is the deal to expensive to be a deal, any feedback would be great. Alternatively the tune can be priced on the time spent, which on occassions maybe cheaper. Let me know what you think Steven |

| Come on guys & girls. This is a great deal. I took them up on their last Honda promotion with my SiR Civic, with only minor mods, I gained 11kW+ @ the wheels. It was also a lot more driveable. Take up the offer. Thanks Chris STR8LN President NZHondas.com |

| Team NZH: Mod 11,000rpm (Spoon B16B!!) | Isnt it normaly over a grand for a custom chip and dyno tune? I paid $600+gst for mine at one of the previous deals and was quite happy with the results. I only gained about 6kw at the wheels, but plenty of mid-range. STR8LN what has the civic had done and what were the before and after power figgures? 11kw is a pretty good improvement! |

| hey, Dyno time, the cost covers the tune, if it takes 4 hours or 10 hours. We have tuned so many hondas now we know how long they generally take. We have had occassions where the tune has taken much longer to get a good curve etc. But that does not cost the customer. It would be great to do late model hondas, but sorry to say all the current development is Nissan upgrade S15/R34/R33 etc Bookings, if you book before the end of the month we'll carry the deal over, providing you do not book at the end of May for a July tune!!! Cheers Steven |

| Senior Member 3,000rpm (Grandma Drag) | I may be keen if i can gather the money by end of month. I'm in Palmy, the tuning will be done in auckland i guess? Make it $600 and I'll definately be keen. Recon you should put something up also in parts exchange some people might not read general discussion much. |

| Unfortunitly I do not think I can swing the price lower, I have to justify the price and get approval for such promotions. If we had no work, eg no tuning then maybe, but were pretty busy so do think I'll be able to make it cheaper for you sorry. PM me if you have any questions |

| Hello, At this stage we are not working to develop anything to tune OBDII. Hondata systems do not remap OBDII either, and they work full time on the honda ECU. I think best you look after market, Apexi is a great option. |
