Unread Pm problem

Hi Gecko, when I click on Unread messages I get a "vBulletin Message" saying I need to update my profile, I have updated it and saved the changes, but still cannot access inbox via the "your notifications" quick menu.

And also cannot use chat feature because of this

And when the vbulletin message is up, the top right says I have 1300 odd messages, after I nearly cleared mine all out "inbox and sentbox" and tells me im 100% full.

Everyone has had to update their profile before they could access the rest of the forums, so this can't be just a problem you're having.

You're required to enter a date of birth, and update your location, are you sure you're doing that?

If you are, and it's still not working, PM me with your DoB and your Location, and I'll sort it out.
