Location: Invercargill   | I dont know how hard this would be to do but its just an idea, is there any way that there could be a search thing in the profiles that you can find other cars the same as yours, for example you type in "CRX" and everyone that has a crx in the profiles page comes up. mainly for the reason i like seeing what other people have done to their crx's and it means that i dont have to spend about an hour going through all the citys to find them. only a suggestion... |

Location: Hamilton | The profiles used to have a small icon next to the member if they had a pic of their car. I thought this was a good idea because you dont want to wait while their page is downloaded to see their car then find out that they aint got a pic! btw Is it just me or is the profiles site running real slow today??  | I dont know if you do this, but... Can you add a button that links from someone's forum profile to their profiles.nzhondas.com profile if they haven't put it in, or button that links to a search at profiles.nzhondas.com wih their user name.

| could u add an extra stats to the Profiles (under nzhondas statistics) called something like 'Gender demographics' just so we have an idea of the total of males/females  oh yea this might be hard but maybe have an 'memberlist' just like we have on the forums but like we can see it listed in number of "hits" descending order.. etc. just an idea

| hey its real cool to have all the bdays coming up on the profiles page .. but they disappear a day b4 the actuall date cant they stay on tilll after their bday is over so if it on the 8th january it isnt there on the 7th .. today .. y cant it stay until midnight on the 8th??? just a lil confused

Location: Upper Hutt | Anychance you can make it so that we can upload .GIF's as well as .JPG's? From what I've seen, .GIFs are generally smaller than the equivalent size & quality JPG file.

Location: Westport | GIF doesn't compare to JPEG in respect to real life photographs. GIF = 256 colours, JPEG = 16 million (or something). GIF files can also be annoying as hell animations that I don't think we really want on profiles...

So really the only thing that's stopping GIF's being accepted is that people can use animated ones? Is there no way to check a file to see if it's an animated GIF? Surely there must be a table of contents of some description? I can understand why you don't want animated GIFs & that's cool.
