Banners - What do you think?

This is a simple poll to see what most users think of the banners.

They're only visible on the viewtopic page.

Heh, your options are rather biased, missed them, bad but I can stand it, worse than bad mofo, I'm blowing this popsicle stand.

I noticed them, thought to myself 'not everyone enters NZH via the home page - so wont see them there' then concluded it made sense. No ill feelings about them blazoned across the top of viewtopic pages

Sorry, not gonna leave because of them, either

I vote the 's'alright' option (which isn't there)

Banners like this:

Coz I've got that coming up every time I visit a page. Any page.

Don't mind them if they are isolated to just the main/index for the forum. But elsewhere no don't like them.

When you say "banner" do you mean like that pic I put in my previous post? or advertising banners? (like Strong for honda, speedfactor, etc)

I'm getting the NZhonda banner coming up on every page I visit, and find that a little annoying (using mickICE theme)

The NZHonda banners are fine, but the adertising banners are anoying because when using the Redline theme they seem to stick to the far right of the page (or it could be my browser?)
But I can understand why they're there, so it doesn't bother me too much.

I understand why the banners are there and think its a great idea however i think the menu needs to be beefed up somehow to accomodate the height of the banners.

Not too bad, it's kinda wierd them being only on the left side though.

It doesn't really matter much for me because as soon as the page loads I scroll down so the beginning of the first post is at the top of my screen, so I don't really notice it.

UnitedWeFall - Don't take mick seriously, he's a homophobe, we don't care for your sexual orientation.

I think they're okay, they are of a small enough size not to be too intrusive, and even the animated one isn't too distracting (unlike some I see elsewhere).
