Profiles: Access Denied?

Whenever I try to go to profiles website it gives me this message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

That was just from going to http://profiles.nzhondas.com

Is it denying me maybe because of my IP address?

You're both on the same ISP, so its something to do with that...

I was having the same trouble on Friday, then worked again yesterday, now its not working again today

Im on Quicksilver if that helps

It doesn't work if your IP address doesn't resolve.

Nothing we can do about that, your ISP sucks.

In laymens terms. When the server tries to lookup your host name from your ip address, its not getting anything back, so it can't check if it ends in .nz.

As I said, it's your ISPs problem, our server can't perform a host name lookup on your IP address.

The IP address you used to post that (219.89.188.118) does not resolve properly:
Failed to resolve 219.89.188.118

Where my IP address (222.152.241.243) does resolve:
Resolved 222.152.241.243 to 222-152-241-243.jetstream.xtra.co.nz

That's the problem. Nothing we can do, email your ISP and your work and tell them to fix it.
