Shuddup F1ERCE, we're not all rich enough to be in your club! Nah, i like AMG, I'm just not smart enough or rich enough to be in.

I'd like to see the member's car gallery, as well as an FAQ of the usual mods and questions we see on these forums, I'd be happy to knock up some how to's with photos on some of the projects I've taken on. Links to related sites, maybe Beyond if they get a site up and running, AMG, SDU, that sort of thing. And a news page, announce upcoming meets, etc, maybe even discuss relevant issues, such as when the anti boyracer thing was going on. I guess in my opinion it would replace/be parallel to the announcements forum, with some permanent displays as well.

That will be worked on after i've completly sorted out members side of it. I've got everything working in the members profile apart from image manipulation (Uploading/Automatically making thumb nails/Deleting/etc).

That would be great, if you post them somewhere on the forum, we'll add them to the website, with credits to you of course, and to anyone else who writes a website worthy FAQ.

This is a simple task, and will probably be one of the last things that is worked on 8)

There is still discussion on this going on inside Team NZHondas. The origional idea was to have main page news to announce upcoming NZHondas related issues, new website additions/updates, new sponsors etc or anything thats going to affect our members, like that anti boyracer thing, and to have a different news feed all together that only website members could view for things like meets etc.

The forum will still be used for discussion. We wont bother trying to add in a comments feature as thats what the forum is for.

Hopefully this answers most of your questions, and gives an insight to whats going on with the website. Work IS happening on the website, but as its mainly myself doing the behind the scenes stuff, its a mission. At the moment im waiting for some feedback from the server admin.

If there are any more questions, please feel free to ask

can i throw something into the mix? :?:

what about a kinda review thingy page which lists places people had good/bad experiences with? you know like where to get 2nd hand tires, or good alarm/ICE places.

its not really advertising, but rather helps people in the same region to look for good deals/services.

i don't mind doing this, and gathering info from past topics as such.

Just another idea, what about a parts for sale section for some of the less easily sold parts, for some of the more active members. What I mean is, I have a B16A starter motor for sale and one of my mates has an EF taillight for sale, but these are both things that people aren't going to shop around for, so when i advertised them on here I got no replies. If we had a page of items like these, next time someone has a backing accident they could look up the parts page before going to a wreckers. They're both things you can't really live without, but don't break very often, so the chances of me having the post at the top of the board at the same time as someone needs one is small.

Maybe also have it for member's cars for sale, eg. Cement, but only people that are serious about selling.

I know it wouldn't really be practical to include all parts that people are selling because of all the maintenance adding and removing parts, that's why I was thinking more along the lines of more unusual but still useful parts.

What I would really like to see is page specifications for most popular Honda models, say Teg Civ Lude and Accord. Have the say top 2 trim levels say for the EK Civic there could be specs on the CTR and VTiR/SiR...
Specs could include the usual output, torque, weight, 0-100, 1/4 mile, engine number ie B18C-R for example.
The reason I think this would be kool is that trying to find specific specs for a specific car on the net is really quite difficult, for example say I wanted to compare my car to say a 1995 VTi Accord, it would take ages for me to find the specs on both cars before I could make the comparrison. I think if you just had the basic specs for each car it would bring a fair few people to the site, which because of the useful information will then join

This would also eliminate most of those "will my Integra beat an Accord?" questions.
