Last log-on time

Is there any way of doing a last log on time for users. When you go to PM some one it says this was last on at [DATE] so you know if the person has been inactive for ages and probably doesn't come on ever

Im you PM someone and they dont come on the message will stay in your outbox because it only gets sent and moves to your sentbox when they come online
