I used the fully synthetic Valvoline 5-50 or 10-50(don't remember) and there was a noticable power loss and didn't rev as freely. Went back to royal purple as was good as again.

i just wacked gtx protec 15-40w went good as
used magnatec 10w40 chewed it to bits lol
