Location: Auckland | this should be posted under force induction . . . Nos is the cheapest power u can buy and the power can be controlled We've got a CRx with a stock B18c with intake and headers, It Tuned to 140KW NA, with two stage system and speed control from 0 to 60ks or first gear its runs NA from 60 to 100ks it runs first stage which is 180kw and from 110ks on its at 230kw This was a stock B18C, no internal at all, it should hold 200kw easy as it is, if the guys runs 250kw+ on turbo as it is, a 80 shot wont harm it If u do run a big nozzle, make sure the is tune right and best to have high speed retard ignition system or a ECU and support NOZ feature Most of the time the mixture stays rich but the timing can jump from 20degree to 50degree plus ! within a sec which it might knock very hard! When some V8 runs it, as you press the button, the high speed retard will take away 30 degree plus TIMING out of it With now days petorl price, it willbe wise to run NOS in ur car for the extra 20kw, use it when u need it, u dont need to have a heavy motor to take NOS ![]()
