Location: Auckland | My Turbo DC2 Integra Thought I should post up some pictures of what I have been tinkering away with in the garage for a couple of months and its almost ready to drive. Just awaiting my y80 LSD gearbox to come back from having new bearings and syncros put into it So of course when I got the car is was an automatic b18c teg. I blew the first motor up from a valve dropping out and smashing the motor and head to bits So luckily I had the motor from my civic to use. thought well while I am at it may aswell put the set up from the civic in and try get some good runs down the strip in this car. B18c 150kms pretty good condition motor t3/t4 T04E turbo 38mm wastegate 3 inch downpipe/ 2.5 inch exhaust system undertank 2.5 inch piping all welded to use no joiners 600-300-60 front mounted intercooler alloy radiator gizzmo chipped computer which has been chipped and on the car it was in before it was running 9psi and made 219kw atw from (lowR) on the forum so I am hoping it should have around this figure when going I have done everything bymyself apart from Ronnie from RSL welded a couple of pipes for me. made the exhaust up myself from some 2.5 inch exhaust pipe from pitstop and a trademe muffler ![]()

Location: Christchurch | is there any flexi joins in your exhaust? i would be very very very careful about bumps as and hit and it will rip your mani off? nice bits tho

Location: Auckland | nice clean set up man 8) just a note on the manifold. i had it on my D series. the manifold is fine, aslong as u run a flexi, and ur exhaust doesnt bottom out. mine was fine till i added a extra reso and the exhaust kept bottoming out on bumps, then it started cracking. |

Location: Howick | That looks really mint! Loving how everything is done smoothly, welded up the plumbing etc. Dash looks mint how you've mounted the guage and shift light! Can't wait to see it running, good luck! |
