unless ur planning on making insane amounts of power, just use standard cams and have them dialed in with a cam gear. people always underestimate the how much a cam gear can alter the cam timing to create more power

if ur really serrious about it then you could try ITR cams.

they recon skunk 2 stage 2 NA cams were the best for a high boosting fully forged turbo build, made 50whp more than the stock cams

whats with thr oll eyes comment, thats about one of the smartest things you could do, read up on it, but many tuners do this, really helps with spool and lw end power

A couple of samples of VTEC killers at work N/A 8O compression required to run them with a turbo setup would be lethal... as in, kill your engine lethal!

^^ uhhhh ok

lowRs setup is good enough to make decent 300wkw+ power

but come on sailer... thats the beauty of vtec... mint idle!! with the aggresive cam on vtec! want lumpy idle go buy a silvia/evo and put some 272degree cams in there

otherwise if you want some noise... id sugest some anti-lag

do it!!!!

x2, you can get enough power without having a lumpy idle

didnt really think of the idling issues, just thought of the outright power.. sr20s already sound lumpy as hell, eugh

low cam is just as important... with out proper timing in low cam... the nice transition in torque to the vtec cam keeps power climbing

have a read for yourself

also anti lag isnt the best thing to have on your car, as it can do damage to the motor

yeah sayla what your after my bro isnt really suited to the H brand engine, anti-lag is pretty extreme.. they dont really make a cam that will cause lumpy idle like a durty ol v8 or something, keep the head stock, it will do everything you want it to (except the sound). hows the teg now anyways? tuned up on the hondata? what power did it make??

did you sleeve your block or just forged pistons etc? 20psi out of that turbo will probably make some motor straining power!! amatuers, you fools should have known that haha hope its still tukin bro, gangsta

wait till you feel 18+psi!! my car on low boost is 12psi, yeah its cool alrite, but dam, on high you sure do want to hang on to the steering wheel pretty tight. you will probably run into cooling issues as alot of people do with high powered turbo hondas, i run a pretty beefy alloy radiator, dyno will test your cooling system out tho! run the water a bit wetter, less coolant than normal.
