FI S2000 Tuner??

Does anyone have any experience in tuning a SC'd S2000?

My S2000 is Vortech SC'd and needs a good tuner.

Its running stock boost with piggyback ecu included in the kit, but I think it is very poorly tuned at the moment.

Just ordered a AEM EMS, 675cc Injectors, smaller pulley for slightly more boost.

Who do you recommend me to get my car tuned at a reasonable price?

hold on a minute...
your this guy:: http://www.nzhondas.com/phpBB2/scd-s2000-vtu76615.html

im intrigued to know how much truth is in your posting? you legit or alshit? if the latter, plug the ecu in your date and re-map it with your imagination.
otherwise i cant imagine anyone in NZ has "experience" with tuning a s/c'd S2k

What's all this about

My s2000 has been supercharged last december, with a vortech supercharger kit from the US.

Whats all this nonsense about my posts being legit or alshit?

If you're trying to insult me then do it so by pm.

I'm serious here and if your scroll down in the link above, you can see a photo of my engine bay. the shitty photo that i took with my cellphone.

If you want more, i can send you a video clip of my very own car, with myself standing right next to it.

To me that there is him asking if anyone can recomend a tuner...
Not asking a member to tune it.

In fact, at the moment my car's only running 7 psi.

220kw at the wheel would be about right. probably around 300whp mark.

never dynoed yet, actually i was going to go to the Torque Performance dyno day, which is postponed.

From members on S2ki.com , a vortech sc'd s2000 with stock boost only produce 280-300 whp...

Just out of interest man, how close does that "power cooler" unit sit to the radiator? Looks like a pretty damn tight fit!!

The thing's only like 2 cm's away from the radiator.

It's a tight fit, but wasn't too hard to get it in there.

Fiddling around with the hoses going to its radiator was more difficult

Powercooler uses a separate radiator that sits infront of the original one.

WOW 500whp with a SC is impressive

The blower for a Vortech Kit maxxs out at 14psi,

There's one guy on S2ki with just about 470whp at 14psi I think, but not too sure.

Most people tend to go turbo when they get power thirsty lol

But I like the way how SC produces similar torque curve to stock S2k.
Behaves like a NA S2000 with heaps more power.

Maybe a little bit less low torque than what you would expect from a supercharger, but centrifugal sc is all about high end.

I'm not so sure about his setup, but he's definitely using vortech kit.

Comptech kits come with a smaller blower thus less potential

I've read some of his posts and he has pretty aggressive head but stock bottom end.

Tuned with AEM EMS, i believe.

I'm far from his setup lol.
Only expecting 350~ whp with a 9psi pulley.

woooaahhhh... if you looked at the link i posted you would understand why i was unsure if it was truth or not, retiredpoo started a thread about the SC'd s2k and everyone got on the "oh man thats cool" bandwagon and then there was speculation that maybe it wasnt a truthful build.. netizen : just read the link i posted in the first link and you will understand. i take apologies in all forms, steinlager pure being the number 1 form 8)

i dunno but the one that was at fast fours didnt sound too grunty and had what appeared to be a really restrictive exhaust when i convinced the owner to give a demo...

my guess is about 300hp atw... maybe a little bit more...

there are Two FI s2000's in red in the country arent there if im correct?
