What parts suit b18c turbo?

hey guys,

Wanting to low boost turbo my b18c through NZEFI while its getting a link n going to be on the dyno anyway.
Was thinking about having 4psi and 8psi switch??
Hoping for about 190wkw on 8psi, heapz for a crx :evil:

So this is the parts i was looking at using on it so far..

Garret-T3/T4
Tial Wastegate
Hks bov
Walbro intank pump

Im not so sure on these next parts n would apreciate some advice n opinions-

MANIFOLD
Now whats a good manifold? i like the look of the ramhron but where n how much? Do you guys have other good quality options?

INJECTORS
Evo? Vr4? Gsr? Aftermarket?

EXAUST?
2.5" or 3" Straitthrough?

INTERCOOLER?
Sizing and brand? What size piping?
