new intercooler fitted , helps heaps and has bumped boost up to about 6psi , ehaust next

new intercooler , even with extensive chopping cant get the bumper back on mite have to go aftermarket



seats have been installed now ,

Can't you lift the cooler up a bit? You are definitely going to hit it at some stage. How did you mount the racepros on the factory rails?

yeah could mount ti higher would have to change the support rail though , just welded to plates across the standard rail runners and then bolted the seats to those

Ive had a intercooler get ripped off, get dragged under the car n wrapped around the rear diff - not pritty. Definatly would raise it.

yeah trying n vain to get the fron bumper back on but it duznt want to fit . and the intercooler looks alot lower than it is its about 150 mm of the ground just the way its parkd , but yeah i can see the danger haha

bulit my accord turbo couple of months ago
got dynod on completion and due to a few problems ( tiny intercooler , stock exhaust) made a rather average 150kw @tw , after replacing the i/c with a decent sized one and removing the rear muffler and putting straight through pipe ,(still stock exhaust) i decided to get it retuned .
now making 180fwkw on 6.7psi and about 600nm tourqe, so needless to say im stoked with that , thanks to sppedfactor for the tune .
have got dyno sheet will put up later
