Pretty sure you just fit a "t" piece into the hose that goes onto the turbo waste gate.

(correct me if I'm wrong) but don't they just blead an approximate amount of vacume out till the required boost level is reached.

It's an electronic, not a boost tap

That being the case it won't wire into your car.

Electronic boost controllers are for cars that are already turbo'd from factory and interupts an electronic signal from a pressure sender to the ecu and changes the signal.

I am not sure if that is going to work on a honda ECU with a remapped ECU as it doesn't know about the boost. Just runs a particular map for the turbo to run OK.

(my knowledge on turbo'd honda electronics is a little basic, but that is my assumption)

huh?
an electronic boost controler uses a solenoid to control the vaccum/pressure same principle as a boost tap but adjustable in cabin electronically.
it senses what boost is at and when it reaches its preset level it opens the solenoid allowing pressure to open the wategate, be it internal or external.
with an external wastegate u can use 1 3 port solenoid to control the boost, but internal only 2 ports are used
