well the forged b16a in on hold as im heading over to oz in feb for a holiday with the missis
so
ive got a std b16a 160000km on the clock
looks good condition,
using a std clutch with this motor.
we droped it in last night then i hit the wiring.
i have 6 wires left to do on the loom. just need to fabercate the exhust and intercooler piping and im dun

bit of an update.
getting my mate to welld up my exhust.
gunna cost me 150

an getting my other mate to do the alloy intercooler piping and flange on the plenum. free be

everything is going along smothley.
should have it going by mid next week if im not lazy.

still looking for more flanges

A bit of progress.
just finshed cutting and tacking the downpipe,
im going to get some 12mm stanless plate and make some of my own flanges as it turning out hard to find stanless steel flanges with arnt super expensive.
getting the exhust welded up on sat in at franton muffler.
Ive just spot welded the joing and my mate is going to tig it up for me

i have to modfy the exctractors and add the wastegate flange.
also some braces for the mainfold to stop it from cracking

Ive left plenty of room for my 12mm flange and waste gate screamer pipe.

The DP looks good, should look nice all TIG'd up :wink:

yea i think ile take a small amount out of the bottom pipe to get it closer to the inside. i want about 70 mm or so for the dump pipe.
will look realy good when it dun i hope
