mugen or stock replacement head gasket?

i gotta replace my head gasket and have the option of either getting a mugen gasket (2ply) or stock replacement (3ply) - any opnions either way? i've heard that since i don't intend on going hard with internals (not planning on getting aftermarket cams though adj. cam gears are a goal) i should just stick with a stock replacement coz i won't notice any difference with aftermarket until i get aftermarket cams etc.. - any ideas?

go with the mugen. it should raise your compression slightly, and you should probably notice a little difference. being mugen it may even last longer then the factory honda gasket too. is the mugen gasket copper or metal?
