Come out of a corner and hello, no vtec
this happened to me on the last 2 races on friday when i failed to top the oil up. It was just above the bottom dot on the dipstick. But low enough to cut out vtec for 1 second on tight corners.

i thought it was fuel surge so gased up, but still there. then thought "shit" topped it up wit oil, but the day was over anyways. Im guessing no damage was done tho.

I had the same thing, except it was a right hand corner (coming out of the hairpin Taupo #3) which is where I thought the oil flowed to the pick up (left of pan) ... Unless my oil was that low that it was still falling below the pick up. I shot into Taupo at lunch and chucked a litre of oil in and next race was minto.
