About a year ago I was bitten by something on the my back of my leg in my sleep, I felt something on my leg so swiped it off but felt a slight pinch as I did, thought nothing of it as I was half asleep and it didn’t really hurt. Next morning it was only like a small dot with a bit of redness, I waited a day to see what would happen before going to the doctor. Next day it was considerably bigger, more swollen, more sore, more red IE all the bad stuff so went to the doctors. Much like the start of that guys hand in those pics They numbed it up and used a scalpel to open it up, I didn’t look but the doc said it was just all pus and fluid etc, he drained it all out, patched me up and gave me some pills and sent me on my way. Changed the dressing every day but it would still weep yummy stuff for a good 5 days after, finally healed up after about a week. Doctors thought it was bite from a spider but had no idea what it was, they had seen nothing like it. Best guess it was a white tail. To this day I have no idea what the hell it was and have a small scar on my leg for my troubles.
