ive been doin some research, the flow rating for a itr (b series) fuel pump is 134 lph, the zc (d series) is rated at 79 lph, if i have put in the right numbers into this calculation i found (http://tunersource.gmblogs.com/Racer..._Pump_Flow.pdf) the minimum flow rating i need is 19.3050gph @ 200 crank horsepower with a BSFC of .6 (tipical BSFC for boosted engines), which comes to roughly 73.1 lph and for a saftey you add 30%, so that comes to 95.03lph as a minimum flow rating, so the itr pump shud work because the zc engines cant handle anything over 215 crank horsepower

Re: PROJECT KUMARA (ef3 zc turbo)

Good to see your doing everything yourself. Out of interest why did you get a huge monster tacho? Why not just a little one (like from repco)? I know they only rev up to about 8k rpms but I dont think you would be taking a boosted zc that high. Also when your thrashing your car the last thing you will be looking at is the shift light in the center column. Going good though.

38mm wastegate flange will be welded there the old o2 sensor was/ were the bung is

once i get more money, i will ha the turbo housing modified so the air intake points forword and the outlet pointing 90 degrees to the right so i kan making tihe piping go through that big hole, and be able to put the intercooler center (so over it being to one side)

shaved rocker cover to go on sometime soon

Re: PROJECT KUMARA (ef3 zc turbo)

sorry for not updating lol

td04 has now been replaced with a vf10

hole has been drilled for external

intercooler has been moved into the center and bumper has been test fitted

intercooler piping has to be moved as its in the way of the driers side headlight

car has been started and idles alright

replaced a split cv boot

powersteering rack has been pulled out, just waiting for a manual rach from tompen to arive

but most things have stoped temporarily as more damage has been inflicted on the car
it was jacked up on the chassis rail, completly cruched it and pushed the drivers floor up about an inch

so im looking for a donor shell thats live, civic or crx, if someone has one for cheep please let me no

everything from project kumara will be transfered into the new shell, so cardy cars are not a problem
