b18c sir *56k maybe* ITs ALIVVVEE

right so i couldnt find anyother car to buy and gdb told me about davids sir he was selling so off i went and had a look at it, it was mint! there and then i said.... i want it...... its mine soo a couple of days later and i handed over the cash before i had even sat in the car! but david didnt put me wrong at all and im very happy with it, so off to fbi to buy some goodies


the car as it sits right now, 1993 sir civic, auto



and now for the goodies!





and here is the b18c stripping the intake gasket for the new manifold what a paint in the arse if you dont have gasket stripper!!

Nice buy Shane, as I said I only drove the EG for a short trip, didn't think much of it at first since it was auto but was pleasantly suprised at the smoothness of the auto box and the pull from down low. Body panels were straight as too and no weird squeaks or rattles. Great potential to be a monster!

oh yeah i love it even in its auto state very comfortable! and it will be a monter alright!

im having withdrawls from working on this thing haha i cant wait to get it all going!

Why did you buy an auto b16a as a base? wouldnt it have been cheaper to buy a zc or d series manual as a base? because unless your staying auto you still have to buy all the same bits.

haha they are davids pj's, i keep forgetting to take my camera when i work on it so i cant take pics how ever might be going over tonight so ill take a few more, also got a password boot for my shifter to add, just waiting on the mount to arrive then sus out a weekend to do the swap

well still waiting for he damn mount and not much has happened got some motul 300v oil and a password shift boot cover, hoping to do the swap on the 17th/18th then ill take some pics with it when it has all the goodies in it

finally got it going sweet now after so happy again haha here some pics just need to sort the exhaust out and half shaft/cv joint

your jealous of my bling hub caps and wish you could roll on them

we need to get pics or our cas together now that mines finally going haha hopefully putting some springs in it tomorrow so it wont be sitting high in front due to no a/c, and since manual g/box is lighter than auto looks like its launching while staying still haha
