Mint looking black EG man, nice base.

Might I suggest you do something about the rest of your intake system, stat !
Not only is the factory plumbing ugly, it's restrictive design is shit ! And IMO it just doesn't do that sexeh Skunk2 I/M any justice.

You no doubt know this already though !
Future plans for the 'monster' to be ?

if its so restrictive then why do spoon and mugen use them on their engines? that air box just opens up into the bumper at the mo so none of that resonating box behind the bumper bull shit

future plans? i not sure weather to get vr4 legnum to cruise in or keep the civ

chaos: yes i will mind haha

What I failed to point out is regarding the factory plumbing comment, I was talking about all the restrictive plumbing before the airbox ...

I'm honestly not sure why Mugen and Spoon use them intake arms (especially considering the price of a genuine Mugen intake system), only reason I can think of is to keep an OEM look and no doubt the difference in flow between other similar non tapered designs isn't actually much different. Still ugly IMO though, and I'd replace it with something a bit more visually pleasing myself. Each to their own though.

Don't want to tarnish your build thread with spam anyways, as you were !

haha sweet as man i welcome all input and to see what peoples views are, yea i wouldnt mind a nice polished long intake arm going down into the bumper, it would accomplice the skunk2 manifold nicely like the one on rawr a.k.a gdb's car
