| Senior Member 5,000rpm (VTEC Power!) | Re: itsjdm's dc2 turbo build The reason for the over boost is because of the flange from the manifold is to small for the waste gate so i have to get it made larger and bring it back to them. For the mean time they have put a limiter on the car at 6500 so thats 190kw at 6500 still goes pretty good and that says its around 8 psi at 6500 the car runs great tho they also did a road tune for a hour |

| Senior Member 5,000rpm (VTEC Power!) | The reason why it is crepping is crap manifold design I have never seen one of thse manifolds work (they cant look at the design. pretty hard to get pressure to flow in the wrong direction) Any way that is huge number for a standard engine. Good luck ![]()

| Senior Member 5,000rpm (VTEC Power!) | Re: itsjdm's dc2 turbo build gsr injectors on the dyno u can see the boost spike at 7500 so the limit is safe at 6500 will i get it fixed and if anyone wants to no the price for the crome tune it was Crome chip was $100 dyno + tuning was 295 and that took 2.25 hours bit more then normal they said next time i go they said only 1 hour They also did alot of other things and that cost $210 Last edited by itsjdm; 30th May 2008 at 08:01 PM. |
