Re: Juddys Turbo ITR

well got a pair of the 225 semis put on tyres yesterday, put em on this morning and i must say even without the gaurds rolled they dont look like they will hit, gaurds will be rolled anyway. oh also might notice also tho is camber is at max negative so thats probably helping a touch LOL

Re: Juddys Turbo ITR

I know you posted something about wheel widths before, what was the outcome?
I mean to me at least I would've thought that having the side wall like that (ballooned) wouldn't be so great for circuit work?

Guess what I mean in my fuddled way is, is the wheel wide enough for that tire for circuits?

Re: Juddys Turbo ITR

the wheels are only 7" wide, ideally they should run on an 8" rim, but i cant really justify the spending on another set of wheels for it, i'll see how it goes as is and if its a fail then i'll look into different rims, but if i was to change rims id probably run 17's. i dunno tho, seems to be a few people round successfully running 225's on 7" rims. fingers crossed it holds its own better than it did anyway.

verdict on the front is much the same, seem to fit fine, bit different on the front tho car really needs to be driving to tell for sure, atleast no gaurds were hit, not that im tuckin or anything LOL
only prob seems to be the front now with the added camber has a fairly huge amount of toe in?? guess thats the way to describe it (unsure of wheel alignment terms etc). seems a bit excessive for me, how do you go about sorting that??
