the dizzy is at full advance. it actually needs to be slotted for more advance but meh
if they started tuning on 16 degrees and sync'd the hondata to that then they wouldn't have had this prob.
Advance through the ECU and then play with dizzy if need be,

i have the result.

it was a tough couple of days, day one: the car wouldnt run and a completely new map had be be written to get the car to idle.

NOTE: if you have a chip in your ecu when sending it to be socketed get it put back to standard.

my car had a 5zigen chip and then andre had to pull alot of fuel out to get it to run.

it ilded then starting blowing alot of black smoke, thick as night, which was a combination of overfuelling and being overfull of oil/petrol. (because of the 18 months i started it it flooded many many time so i assume this is why the oil stick was way overfull.)

also the throttle cable bracket i used keeped the butterfly open 30% so that was modified to suit.

so with the tuning now able to start. andre and i are very pleased with the results.

144.9kw@8358rpm

will post the pics shortly.

just want to thank everyone who has taken an interest in this project and in this topic.

Your S300 would have come blank. You needed to have loaded a base map and start tuning from that. The S300 doesnt use a socket like the S200, instead it has pins onto which you put the chip.

Those numbers are crazy!! 8O and the curves look nice too. Cant wait to finish mine now........
