Best i've managed is a 14.2 on street tyres (that was with a high profile drag racing mate at the wheel raping every pooftenth of a second out of the poor eg), 14.0 on drag radials. thats with no change to setup, and the clutch really really doesn't like the hoosiers, on occasion refusing to spin them in the burnout box.

Get hoosiers now!! the dollar is awesome, and you will not get a good deal on imported drag tyres for years to come  that and dollar for dollar they make a better improvement to your slips then more power.

Your car would run an easy 13.8 or faster with hoosiers, it has been proved on a similar setup

I was doing 14.4's on street tyres then dropped to 13.9 with hoosiers!

Best iv done with a ITR motor is 14.0 without drag tyres. With drag tyres 13.9. Different cars same motor

Well just started buying some new goodies. Prolly not the best path for the engine but oh well. Cheap easy power.

Needs a tidy up but should come up mint. Not too expensive and should do the trick.

Few months aye. Good a fair few bits to get and then a tune. Dont want to rush it need to make sure I got all the bits first. Already risky enough on the b18cR with the high compression.

Nah if everything is done right you will be ok, theres a few type r turbos now to look at and see whats been done and make sure your going in the right direction.

Is that manifold really a top mount or is it made into one by cutting the head flange and re-welding it upside down? Just curious bro, it's a good idea either way..hope the turbo clears the bonnet..

That's a top mount manifold, and it'd be pretty dam lucky to clear the bonnet

Yeah it is a top mount. already thought about seeing if I can cut the head flange off and spinning it over. If not ill just cut the bonnet haha.
