Not really. Spent every day last week waiting for the damn car to be picked up for the block to be fixed, didn't happen.

Got a proof for the headliner on Thursday or Friday last week so that shouldn't be too far away I wouldn't have thought.

I have some leads and a sandwich plate coming, besides that not really. The baby is due in a couple weeks so it could happen any day from now on = not the time to spend $ on a car

Hoes would be nice haha. They are A6 sized. I was going to do bigger, in fact I went from one big ass one right down through all the 'A' sizes and settled on A6. Mainly to get teh more patterned look but also so it suit the visors, any bigger and it would blow out on the visor and look odd.

Oh and whos up with the play with glue?

I got some spray adhesive and did a test last night and it pretty much blew out the sample piece of headliner.
The material is really thin and flexible (like lycra) so the glue doesn't need to be super strong but it can't bleed.

I rang a trimmer and they want $100 to fit it, seems like such a simple job if I could get the right adhesive.

Any ideas? The one I got was from spotlight.

that Ados shit is pretty good/easy to work work... used it to make our flat poker table... couple of years old, still holds up well.

Yeah ados will be fine so long as it doesn't leach thru the material. Spray both surfaces and let it go tacky first then put the two together.

Make sure you get the right stuff as some glues like some of the Ados range will "drop" in the heat (basically get hot and un-stick, then you will have saggy boobies haha) and as Brian said, spray both sides and leave it till it get really tacky.

what did you use? i used to use bostik spray on glue when trimming, never seemed to leak through either

Nothing yet. Had a couple trials with this 'light bond cardboard/material' spray adhesive. Seems okay.

I used Ados F2, so far so good, the dash is fited now and in the sun and it seems to be holding up, not sure how long for though its pretty tight in places and I pretty much expect it to lift in the heat.
