Location: Pukekohe | Wow, now i remember about 2 years ago i was around at your house selling either you or your little brother my old racing Kart and your father was asking alot of questions about setting up the Kart and racing etc. I couldnt answer alot of them to do with rules as i hadnt raced in a few years so said "i cant answer most of your questions but any question about a Honda i can no doubt answer, cause you've got a nice EG2 in the drive way, any mods?". Thats when he invited me into his little office which was quite messy at the time but had lots of different engine parts scatered around the room like cams, conrods, dry sump, crank, blah blah blah, but basically a whole lot of expensive Honda bling!! Then went outside and saw lots more intresting engine parts and the little CRX shell. So with all of this happening it resulted in a couple of Honda nutters talking for a few hours about the plan and us bouncing ideas off each other and answering questions. At the end i was sworen to secretcy that this would not be mentioned to nobody, EVER!! So, wow its good to see that the project is well under way. Good luck with the 10 second pass, ohh and try not to run that NAAAWS, a 10 second NA car is more appealling the a low 9 second NAWSED up car IMO

Location: Foxton Beach | Just another update. Talked to the old man yesterday and he was telling me he brought a Scat crank for the car then went on to buy two more eagle cranks. (God only knows why you need 3 cranks and 1 engine?!?) Car is coming alone nicely now and hope to have some new pictures soon. |
