TradeMe Style Feedback System

You may have noticed when browsing the parts exchange forums that people have got another field in their postbit:

The feedback system works nearly the same as TradeMe. Once you have completed a trade with someone, click on the link after Feedback in their post bit, and hit "Submit Feedback For Nick":

One you do that, you'll be greeted with a simple form:

It's pretty self explanatory. Select if you were the Buyer or Seller, or if you ended up trading items. Give a short comment, this is the one that is displayed to other users when checking peoples feedback. The deal thread url is the thread that the trade took place. You MUST copy and paste this completely, and it must be a thread out of a Parts Exchange forum. If you wish to leave additional comments, you may do, but these are only viewable by staff, yourself, and the other person.
