this is what i did:
put the car on the ground (with no centre cap)
spray with plenty of penetrating oil or sumthin similar
put on gear (1 or R)
get some one to stand on the brake
my 3/4" power bar with my 3tonne floor jack's handle (i think about 1.4 mtr or slightly more)
put the socket in and jump on the bar
dont forget to 'unlock' the tab....

note: might want to get a spare hub nuts... just in case.
