Graham at 0800 Cartune is a pro with B20B's... he could point you in the right path. He has done a lot of the local builds. Will be the same situation as John/BWDOWN is dealing with. Problem is that it is really hard on your drivetrain. I think I was looking at about 4 grand installed when I was looking into it. The blocks are cheap - around 450. But then it is advisable to balance the crank, etc... then there is the cost of new CVs and clutch. Installation including removing the B16, swapping and modifying the head, doing clutch, cv's, cambelt and random stuff was about 1500 I think.

I'd still be most inclined to go the tried and true built B18C route.
