Make a new thread in the correct sub forum, you can't post in the Parts Exchange forum, but you can copy what is already there to make a new thread...

'New Posts' at the top of the page next to 'Search' - There's also more under 'Quick Links'

There isn't one, it's all built in to this. Click on 'User CP' at the top then 'User Profile' It's a bit tricky to find, it doesn't look like a link, you can just click on your own nick and take it from there.
