firstly you must give me the centre console surrond as it is not woodgrain colour
2, lift up the little plastic ring thingy around the gearstick
3, i think from memory there are two screws you will find under there
4, should be another two screws towards the dash at the back of the console.
5, put key in ignition and mone gearstick into neutral :wink:
6 pull it out
if it dosnt come out then you may need to pull out the back half of the console...
its been ages since i did mine and i dont have the car with me to check. the back half will come out by undoing two more screws which are hidden by the front seats.....move the seats as far foward as possible and you should be able to acess them.....if your still fucked.....i can check my car tonight when i get home 8)
*edit* or since your in auckland you could bring the car to me and ill show you !!!! and teach you everything i know about these cars.......which should take about a minute
