Due to the time restraints we had at the time, we calculated & did the design drawings for the crank pulley (and also the power steering pulley, as was required in this build), but had someone else do the actual machining of it and cut out the keyway. The design and size of the pulley, will all depend on things like, how much boost you are wanting to run vs the size of the existing supercharger pulley, the placement of the supercharger itself, i.e...does it line up with current crank pulley, or sit out past/back behind it, etc....
Ideally, if you can find a supercharger on which you can change the pulley sizes, it will probably be cheaper, as it wont be as large or as detailed to have one custom made (from memory I think it cost $1600 for our crank and power steering pulleys), or even better if you can find one that is already the size you want and can be mounted inline with your factory crank pulley.

The build we are doing is probably a bit extreme in the amount of custom fab work we have done, but on the day we started, we said it had to be different and look the part, so once we starting cutting holes in the engine bay, ditching brake boosters, clutch masters etc...there really was no turning back
