URL Issues

Guys/Gals - Have just noticed an issue with our URLs being bung post upgrade. Thought I fixed it last week but it keeps resetting. Issues you'll see:

1) All the URLs are slightly different to what they used to be which is the main cause of the problem.
2) Threads linked post upgrade will be 404.
3) Linked attachments or album pictures may display random pictures.
4) Any threads you link to now will break when we get a fix.

Have an urgent support request lodged, will update when I know more.

I've fixed the issue again. If anyone notices URL differences in the future please let me know in this thread. The easiest way to tell is all of the forum links are different, ie, /pub/ becomes /pub-13/

Got this today. Went to "Whats new", clicked the link which is the above URL, and got this message
