Trouble starting a build thread.

Have finally decided I would start a build thread, even if it is a slow one.

Yet when I try to start a new thread in the appropriate section it quickly shuts me down with this notice:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.





Is there any reason for this, must I be an exclusive member?
