I uploaded a photo successfully the other day but now I can't seem to. I choose the file and hit the "upload" button and it seems to upload but when it gets to 100% the photo isn't in the temp area.
Any ideas?

Create a photobucket account and upload your photos to there. From there you can resize them as you please, then just copy the image code directly into your posts.
Nice and easy![]()

gheez guys, it's not that big, that's just off my phone. I wonder how big ones off my camera would be then...
I use photobucket with a folder for the large images (1600x1200 = around 300-400KB) and a folder for the small images (640x480 = around 50-80KB), I place the small images in the IMG tags which I wrap in URL tags that point to the larger images. That way the pages of my build thread don't take forever to load, the small images are generally large enough for people to look at, but if they want to see more they can. An important part to note is when you resize your images is to have the JPEG quality setting around the 88-91% mark otherwise the file size will be unnecessarily large (and huge with hi-res images - which is why the images straight from your camera are so large - because this setting is usually close to / on 100% ).
nah dude, its just a samsung galaxy 3.
