    Question Blogs - Large images

Forgive me if this has been posted before (found it mentioned here, but no where else), but is there some form of auto photo resizing that can be applied to the blogs section? Often users post large photos which get overlapped by the right hand side bar (eg http://nzhondas.com/blogs/heycharlie...g-touches.html). Not an issue on widescreens, but Im frequently using other computers with smaller screens (or mobiles) to browse and it really looks nasty.

Is it possible to let the sections auto resize or set a max with on images? Or just user education?

    They do resize to 1024x....

See this thest post i made
    http://nzhondas.com/blogs/horny_devil/396-test.html

I believe that was chosen as statistically more people use a size greater than that on their displays

True. I opened your test blog post and saw the image resize itself. Side bar still overlapped though - thats on a laptop screen running 1440x900. Not an issue with my secondary work monitor, which is running at 1680x1050.

I suppose it just comes down to the more common resolutions, which are generally high. Though if it were able to resize automatically based on the frame it sits it, it should work nicely regardless of resolution. Really just a nice to have - obviously not many find it an issue and Im not worried about it.

resizing the pic to 1024 is all well and good, if you've got only that picture, but you have the whole webpage too so it looks bad. I reckon 800px would be more appropriate. 1440x900 would be the most common resolution (19" widescreen lcd)

The thing is i believe the setting is forum wide so it affects posts as well. there is alot more content on the forum that requires re-sizing than there is in the blog. People just need to learn to attach a thumbnail.

Can always minimize the content in the sidebar also
