It must be the season where the exhaust shoppers come out of the woodwork because for a week straight all we've been doing is exhausts for the majority of the inquiries!

Currently the *best* priced systems, delivered, are just on or over $1000. This includes Magnaflow, Skunk2 and Buddyclub. And it includes ocean freight. We currently have a Skunk2 Megapower exhaust post up but I thought It'd be smart to keep them all in one post.

Skunk2 is around $700 + Shipping upwards

The other US options include Tanabe (more expensive), Invidia (very slow we've found!) and some HKS / 5Zigen options. But for the most part, for Team Honda, these are easily the most popular!

So with the Big Three, there are options that are under $1000 delivered. Add a Blox test-pipe for $125 and you got a pretty solid set up!

Megapower - 60mm - From $699 + Shipping

Buddyclub Pro Spec (Dual) $1379 delivered!

There are lots from Japan =] J's Racing is the preferred one, stainless steel. There's also Spoon, Kakimoto, Fujitsubo, 5Zigen, M&M Honda, Mugen, Feels Honda and so on. They start around $1400 and go well up from there!

An update on the shipping options for these exhausts.

Buddyclub is on the cusp of being oversized, so for each exhaust needed, we evaluate the shipping options. Ocean freight for oversized Buddyclub systems is $170.

Magnaflow and Skunk2 are normally 'normal' sized, so there are USPS / DHL / Fedex / TNT shipping options. They are not terribly cheap, from $280. Otherwise ocean freight is $170 / exhaust.

Magnaflow S2000 Dual 2.5 $1299 + Shipping (Ocean or air available)

It's a bit tricky from the US because they did not specifically get the EP chassis. Not the EP3 at least!

The Honda Civic Si is the equivalent in the US.

Necro, they're not budging on the pricing anyone can waltz up and get (US$238.50). Shipping direct was quoted at US$217, but we can do it via ocean for about US$100 + GST

It's only 2 weeks via ocean but it's to Kiwishipping's schedule, and I believe they leave monthly.

As GST is included on the shipping price, there would only be GST due on the part price. The total would be

US$217 + US$100 + GST (on the NZ converted price) = NZ$470 ish

That's to us, then shipping to you (local courier) is $26.

If you wanted to throw a percent at us, we'd welcome it =D But we don't think it's fair that they won't discount it for ya because even 10% would help shed costs!

A note for the others keeping an eye on their favourite parts - the US$ is struggling just a tad and that means prices sneak up a little. Also, get in before (most) brands put their prices up in 2013! We'll try to bump the most popular posts to keep everyone notified!

Buddyclub

One of the best selling exhausts - near or lighter than OEM in weight, but they make good power and are preferred by Honda owners! The Spec III (Pictured) and Pro Spec are the most popular as they are quieter for street and track work, where as the Spec II is for track only (if you dare!)

Prices start just under $600 + Shipping and fortunately, most systems can ship via air or ocean promptly!

Buddyclub Exhaust Options



J's Racing

Another option is J's Racing. These are 20% lighter than OEM items, are designed as a N1 type (straight through) system with as little restriction as possible. Prices start at $1199 + Shipping for NZ H members, but this is the two-piece which takes an age on the ocean to ship because of its length. The beauty is, J's can make 3-Piece systems (extra $150) and they can ship via EMS, SAL, DHL or Japan Post, from as little as $200.
