im wanting to make my ef faster.
its a fully forged b18c its already got
320cc injectors
walbro 500hp fuel pump
adustable F.P.R
type r cams
type r head port n polish etc
adjustable cam pulleys
steam pipe manifold
38mm tial gate
t3 turbo
XS power intercooler small but 100mm thick
hondata s300 ecu
etc
at the mo its only running 216wkw on 14psi and that seems shit on a forged b18c
i cant run it on 98 octane kos we havent got it in the naki

i thinking of changing to a GT3540r is that the best turbo?
maybe bigger injectors?what size?
AEM fuel rail?or are they just realy for looks?

please let me know what else i can change to make it faster other than the turbo.

Sounding pretty good there so far.

Rule of thumb for injector sizing is 500cc for every 100hp - so 550cc will be good for a bit over 400 hp.

The standard fuel rail and lines are big enough unless your wanting to make over 600hp!

Use your walbro pump as a supply pump to a surge tank
And get an external pump like an sx or Bosch to feed the fuel rail.The size of your external pump really depends on how much power you expect to make.

A GT3540 is definately a decent size turbo good for around 700 hp.
The GT3040 can make around 600hp and would spool up faster than the GT3540.

What you choose really depends on how much power you want to make and what you will be using the car for mostly.

I am amazed you are getting that power out of 320cc injectors, I would definitely upgrade those! T3 turbo would be pretty much maxed out as well. A Garrett GT3076R with a .82a/r turbine housing would make the power you want very nicely, the "What turbo for 500hp" topic has been covered a few times on here.

yeah i thought that about the injectors they were sold to me saying 520cc injectors but only found out the other day they are 320.so i would only have to change the turbo and injectors to get to the 500hp mark?

Yes you will definately need to change them to bigger ones. Go for slightly bigger injectors than you need. 700cc's will be more than ample!

You will have to go aftermarket to get >700cc injectors, you'd be lucky to find factory injectors big enough for 500hp on a 4cyl!

thanx phil stil havent driven it still broke the cv putting it in on thursday and take it for a drive and hope that fault code comes up and then we can start playing around with it.

you dont need to go to a surge tank or a bigger fuel pump for your goals. bigger injectors and more boost!

yeah i was wordaning y i got a shit dyno result.il start with some bigger injectors.

they are side feed not top feed so im pretty sure they dont fit straight into a honda rail...
