Always been an admirer of the CR-X Ballade Si.
Especially with the condition of this F1 Edition.
Where its just waiting for an owner to restore.
Really enjoying all the images in this thread.
Plenty of history throughout, like the classic bronze B20A rocker covers.
All of which helped bring Honda to where it is today.
Mad Props and Best Proportion to you all. 8)

nice thread...
I own a couple of older hondas, and work on some older race ones...
'83 city turbo, restore n modify project... ALMOST done...
VERY fun car! - PS notice the Mugen wheels? repainted them aswell, thought it was again early 80's
Also, 1990 Honda prelude, again kinda old n rare...
big turbo 250+ Fwhp.
Stil got a lot more to do, been off the road for ages as ive been working on other cars.
We have an old 80s civic, like the ones in the previous posts running a 1800vtec in rallys and such, VERY quick!
Cheers
Justin.

New suspension and wheels as of these hols. Interior is slowly being finished, got one STI seat in, one to go.
Suspension is mainly developed by Colza for his EB3 and consists of a mish mash of civic, 'lude, accord and VW golf parts that all work rather nicely on the '05 mini wheels.
Has a bunch of exterior mods too, shaved gutters, shaved pinstripes and rubbing strips, bumpers moved 50mm closer to the body front and back, shaved aerial, debadged, hand made billet alloy LED numberplate lights, drifter style raised bonnet to fit engine (temporary solution).
Its got a rebuilt city turbo 2 motor in it with a rebuilt T1 turbo, 3" dump into a 2.5" zorst. Stealth frontmount off something, custom 2.5" plenum intake made by moi, custom alloy piping, HKS Powerflow filter, rebuilt T1 head with bigger valves, shaved and slight P&P.
Currently just getting everything sorted and running perfect before I start upping the boost and sticking a bigger turbo on. I have had it running at 15psi and it was a total weapon.
Still to come is a one piece black carpet for inside and some re upholstering. Also going to get a rear swaybar, not sure whether to go custom or off the shelf whiteline yet. Got the parts for a hybrid turbo, just have to do a bit of lathing. Also investigating chipping the factory ECU to remove boost cut, scale maps for bigger injectors etc.
My garage for a comprehensive list of mods.

It is, your car looks awesome. I'd love to do one up old-school race-style but I got the hard word the other day we're not having another 2/3-door. Bugger.Originally Posted by Bigelboe
