The EF9 seats will fit if you swap the bottom pan with the stock ones.

All of a sudden quite a few people have Shuttles.

    Re: Andrews Space Shuttle Build

So tempting to get some EF9 seats, but I am closing in on my $3000 budget for this project, wheels will polish that off.

Saw this on trademe and couldnt say no (should have as it isnt in the best condition)

And boot has been leaking so I started looking, found what everyone wants to find in their car:

    Rusty water, HIGH FIVE

Being the 56i model I have big plastic cupboard thingy's so I pulled them out and found that the tail lights have shitty seals and are leaking, being the good sparky that I am I always have silicon sealant handy:

Oh and front has settled a little bit, still not as much as I like, but already where I park it up the side of the house the muffler sits on the ground

    Pics of settled suspension:

Back has come up without the weight of the 3litres of water I found and tools.

Stupid EF muffler already hits on everything, dented it the other day:

(tow hook is just a joke and looks really gay I know )

Oh I never liked it on the ITR dont worry.

Yea they are massive, and if I did get it to tuck then the suspension would have to have no travel and there isnt much room up under there either

Just skinny little 14" ones, I think some 15x7's will look much better. Might go 16" if I find some I like

Well I may have just found some 15x7 +35 BBS mesh wheels, polished lip etc. I think it might look quite good

    Re: Andrews Space Shuttle Build

Done a bit over the last couple weekends:

Got some driving lights to help with the piss poor headlights:

Also painted the lip and bumper gloss black, will change it to satin black this weekend.

Then got some rims off trademe:
    15x7" +35 ABT wheels off a VW Golf/Polo with 195/55 tyres:

They need a tidy up but I can do that at some stage.

Really need to go lower now, looking for some neuspeed races (if anyone has any?) otherwise may have to "modify" the front springs and adjust the rear spring perches.
It handles surprisingly well so some strut braces are also on the cards

When i put front and rear strut braces into mine it made a world of difference. I tested with just front, just rear and both, either front or rear by themselves don't do a whole lot but with both its a huge difference.

The Wof guys at VTNZ Whakatane (Where Andrew gets his wofs) will see the funny side, especially when Andrew tells them he's a mate of mine

Dont really wasnt to go with coilovers or anything, just means getting a cert etc and I dont really want to go that far.
So far the car only owes me just over $2000 so dont want to go much more than that.

Would like to get it a bit lower but not excessively low
