Dunno, I'd rather have one and not need it than not have one and need it... Its not like the car will ever going to run anyway right![]()
Yeh it'll keep perfectly cool sitting in the garage![]()
Is there room between the radiator and I/C for a slim fan?? would be nice to keep the clean engine bay look, and as you said..... how likely is it to actually be used anyway??
Would it even get up to operating temperature by the time you drive it off a trailer or into the garage??
Ah young noob, you push cars off trailers not drive them
Nah no room in the front, The IC is hard up against the rad support.
Fan would act as more of a block than anything in the front anyway.
Good greif that was speedy. Lets see how long it takes our local system to screw it up...Originally Posted by usps pus bags

I got some -6 thinking I could use it for the clutch res but this type can't handle brake fluid so I've used it for the water return out of the turbo, hose looks like:
I like it, nice to not get jagged in the hand by that stainless steel stuff hah.
All that to not been seen lol.
Is that similar to the Russell Pro-classic stuff Lance? Nylon braided and more flexible than the Stainless stuff?
Yup, pro lite 350 series. The braid is a nylon like you said. I got it through: http://www.racepartsolutions.com
10 feet! holy shit that a lot
I need to get some -10 in too for the block breather -> catch can.
Nylon braid FTW!
Looking good lance

^ Cheers Brian, and yup its good stuff man, I wouldn't use the stainless stuff again if I could avoid it.
Wasn't going to bother posting these as the pics didn't really turn out but I have the day off and I'm bored so heh maybe it helps some one...
Some people have asked me about water lines etc in the past, here's the plan for mine:
Feed (I'm going turbo back here, bit arse about face but anyway)
So thats where it enters the turbo
Where it loops back to go parallel to the block. This is why this nylon stuff is great, very flexible. I'll be using an adel clampy thing off one of the bolts there:
Runs into the threaded hole there. That is the stock plug (under the line) that has been tapped to fit an AN banjo and hose tail (not pictured)
I'll probably run some heat resistant shielding on this part. Does it come in black? Never looked...
Heaps of room:
The return side, out of the turbo:
Run s under the rad support to about here:
Joins the new fitting on the rad here:
The radiator is going to be dropped a bit and shifted a little to the left to get the fitting under the rad panel and so the rad hoses line up a bit better.
Vac line for wastegate:
So yeah thats how I'm running water to it anyway...
Stuck the front door trims together and put the old components in:
Rear parcel tray:
They even managed to do the little ring garnish bit that goes around the knob you twist to split the rear seats. And yup I left the baby hook in haha

Yeah, im having trouble working out where to put my slim fan as well.
Intercoolers and air-con both make life difficult.
I apologise but I seem to have misplaced all my Hondas...
sory not on the intertubes all day long these days... get bored of your drabble
Fuck off then![]()
