I do have 2 sets of CF48s im thinking about selling(looking for 15s) as they are both 14s one set with just wheel badges and the other set complete with genuine center caps, wheel badges, reproduction aero plates with original repro Mugen decals.

    Sorry about the sideways pic.

Also had this in the other day

Not much news on the CR-X.
    - Imported a Si Badge for it (Ironically it was heaps cheaper for me to actually buy one from the states than here)
    - Scored a Rare 2nd Gen Blacktop ZC
"Internal coil, large dizzy, single butterfly TB mounted on slight angle forward, bolts on top of cam cover, black cam cover, large cam pullies.
+7cc PM7 pistons, 43cc Pent roof combustion chamber.
As a ZC appeared in JDM facelift AV bodied integra Si did not appear in civic or CRX, rarest ZC only produced for less than one year."

Like this one. Has only done 180ks, in an auto car. So should be in good nick. Will probably chuck it on an engine stand, and go through and replace all the seals, rings etc.

Also some goodies have arrived from Japan. Cusco Strut brace, and Mugen Gearknob for the EB.

You might be the right person to talk to...... I been trying to track down a Ford 3.0ltr Grenada V6 for the old mans Zodiac, but haven't had much luck yet.
Do you know of someone I could contact for one??
(sorry to take this off topic but that Capri just gave me a glimmer of hope)

New toys.... Mugen/CSL Copy Cams + Skunkworks Cam gears
    Cheers Mike
Checked them against a spare pair of Browntop ZC cams I had, everything lined up perfect, the browntop cams dropped straight into a blacktop head.

Also have some 4-2-1 Jasma headers on the way.

Plan at this stage is to wait for the spec sheets to arrive for the cams, then chuck my original camgears on and run the cams in my current motor. Then setup the camgears on my 2G ZC. Because the camgears are different sizes I'll have to change the crank pulley top, and the ZC's have a few different crank snout sizes, so depending may need to swap cranks/machine out the pulley.

even getting the cam profile sheets then matching to another ZC cam shaft would be sweet wouldnt it? even if the cam shaft itself isnt interchangable

Re: Matt's Old School Honda Thread - New JDM =o bits - 30/12/09

    Righto, no picture update but,

Just got back from New Plymouth yesterday where I picked up my Black interior, Koni suspension and Si Shifter linkages from Tim. Sadly the door cards wont fit my doors. ( My car = pre facelift, interior = facelift) The door handles are in a different position, can't really rangi mod it up either, need to find the right door cards, or swap doors, or paint mine. Can't stand the blue, and can't have black carpet/dash/plastics and blue doors

In good news, turns out my $100 headers from tardme are actually Fujisubo Jasma approved 4-2-1s, with reasonable length secondaries, well significantly longer than the Kamikaze ones. So I'm pretty stoked with that, heaps better than nzdm "luxury sport specials" which are going for twice that price on tardme at the moment

Got my Cusco strut brace fitted last week, also got my freshly re-coated rocker cover back, just looking for a nice oil cap and some Top Gun blue leads to finish off my engine bay. Also scored a S20 LSD box, along with a another non rooted CG ZC box. Will hopefully combine the pair to make a CG with a LSD. Stay tuned for pics + progress, but that will be down the line after I finish work recording for the summer school at uni.

Not too sure at the moment, my plans are all over the place! For the time being I really need to get the exhaust and interior sorted out. The AV Integra ZC is there, just wondering if its worth bothering with. Been dreaming of going to a B series. Can get the mounts cheap right now. Would just be a matter of all the other bits. Anywho, will probably chuck the exhaust and cams in for the moment, then go from there.

You clearly should sell the Spot's to me. They'll go to a good home and never get smashed cos I never drive it

I am very impress with the 1st gen CRX and 3rd Gen Civic Interior quality. Most have with held very well.

Re: Matt's Old School Honda Thread - Spotlights + Black Interior Pic - 7/1/10

Got a chance to start putting the black interior in yesterday. Started with the carpets, plastic covers, and sill trims. a few pictures

    Before

Discovered a bit of surface rust in the drivers footwell, looks like it could have been caused by a leaking master cylinder, good thing it was swapped out during the brake upgrade. Gave it a good sand/scrape down, then rust killed and painted. Also changed over the center console, believe it or not the more flowing rounder looking one is actually from the pre facelift model, the square kind is from the last of the 1G's. It doesn't quite bolt up to the dash mounts, but will fix this when I change over the dash.

    Also scored another parts car....

Luckily its a pre-facelift, and has the right door trims (In bloody good nick considering the shell has done almost 300,000kms!)

Body, is pretty damn rusty, one of the previous owners had attempted to hide rust with black electrical tape

Its going to be great for parts though, Rear speakers, tidy interior, si bonnet, good shocks, motor, gearbox and exhaust
