after pulling some panels off i noticed that the front drivers side has been repaired at some stage so got to work removing all the paint down to bare metal to assess the damage and found a lot of bog but underneath it all it was fairly straight apears to have been beaten into shape with a hammer or something

also were the drivers door bolts on had been repaired at somestage as there was a pile of bog there and on the lower rear guard once again when i removed all the bog(about 6mm thick) i was suprised again to see that it mas mostly straight and now lined up with the door and side skirt

gutted the interior completly and removed sound deadening, as i didnt know were to get dry ice i just used a hammer and chisel to slowly chip away at it, took a couple of weeks with long breaks in between then cleaned it up with a drill and wirebrush

also when i was bord i decided to convert the steering rack properly to manual removing the internal piston. now just have to get the line fittings machined off.
painted the subframe and suspension arms while they were out aswell to freshen them up as i want this car to look brand new once finished
